สารแสดงความยินดีแด่นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศตุรกีในโอกาสที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งอีกครั้ง
ตามที่ตุรกีได้จัดการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปเมื่อวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2554 และเมื่อวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม 2554 นาย Abdullah Gul ประธานาธิบดีตุรกีได้ให้ความเห็นชอบต่อรายชื่อคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ โดยมีนาย Recep Tayyip Erdogan ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีตุรกีต่อเนื่องกันเป็นสมัยที่ 3 และนาย Ahmet Davutoglu ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศตุรกีอีกครั้ง
ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้ส่งสารแสดงความยินดีไปยัง นายกรัฐมนตรีตุรกี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศตุรกี ดังนี้
1. ข้อความสารจากนายกรัฐมนตรีไทยถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีตุรกี

On behalf of the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency my sincere congratulations and best wishes on your reappointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey.
I am certain that, under your able guidance and leadership, the cordial relations happily existing between Thailand and Turkey will be further strengthened and enhanced. I am also confident that with the general elections being held in Thailand recently, the next Thai Government will continue to work closely with you towards the “Strategic Partnership” relations which have been initiated by both governments. I sincerely hope that the existing ties of friendship and cooperation between our two countries will be further strengthened in the years ahead. I am confident that my successor will continue working closely with Your Excellency to achieve the “Strategic Partnership” relations between our two countries, both at bilateral and multilateral levels.
