สารแสดงความเสียใจแด่นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศนอร์เวย์ กรณีเหตุระเบิดและการกราดยิงในนอร์เวย์
ตามที่เมื่อวันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2554 เกิดเหตุระเบิดบริเวณที่ทำการของหน่วยงานรัฐบาลนอร์เวย์ในกรุงออสโล และการกราดยิงประชาชนบนเกาะ Utøya นอกกรุงออสโล ส่งผลให้มีผู้บาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิต นั้น
ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้ส่งสารแสดงความเสียใจไปยังนายเจนส์ สโตลเตนเบิร์ก (Jens Stoltenberg) นายกรัฐมนตรีนอร์เวย์ และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจไปยังนายโจนาส การ์ สโตร์ (Jonas Gahr Støre) รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศนอร์เวย์ ดังนี้

It is with shock and sorrow that I have learnt of the terrible explosion in Oslo and massive shootings in Utøya on 22 July 2011. I wish to extend to Your Excellency and the people of the Kingdom of Norway my sincere condolences for this dreadful event.
In this moment of bereavement, the Royal Thai Government joins the international community in strongly condemning this hideous crime.

I am saddened by the tragic loses of lives caused by the bombing and shootings that occurred on 22 July 2011. Attacks against innocent civilians are never justified, no matter the cause.
I wish to convey my heartfelt condolences and profound sympathies to you, and through you, to the bereaved families of the victims of this tragedy and to the people of Norway.
In this hour of tragedy and loss, Thailand joins the international community in strongly condemning this hideous crime.
